Paid time off - legal holidays and other holidays / Sick time are benefits earned after the probationary period is over. Paid Vacation time is earned after 1 year and 3 years
Flexible schedule
- Our office is open Monday
- Friday at a total of almost 50 hours a week. Schedules are made based on the office's needs for full time 35-40 scheduled hours / week. NO WEEKENDS!
- Answering phones, checking in and checking out patients
- Making appointments, taking payments, arranging payment plans
- Balancing all payment types at the end of the day
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and help to answer any questions they might have
- Provide support to dentists, surgeons, and staff as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Using the following software programs daily:
Dentrix, Dentrix pay, Dexis, Weave, Prexion, Eprescribe, Gmail & Office 365 - Dental insurance verification, submission, receiving & entering insurance payments
