• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process payments and manage insurance claims accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support dental staff as needed.
• Handle patient communications and follow‑up reminders.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Proficient in using office software and dental practice management systems.
