Heartland Dental is a dental support organization providing non-clinical administrative support to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in 1,900+ dental offices. Supported doctors are clinical leaders with full clinical autonomy within a supported professional corporation (PC).

• Provide high-quality endodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting health and function of teeth.
• Examine patients to determine endodontic and oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose and provide treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner.
• Educate patients on the benefits of proper oral and dental hygiene.
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members.

• DDS or DMD degree
• Current dental license in state of hire
• Current certification specialty in endodontics
• Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during the first year of employment
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, none required
