Love helping people and making a difference in their orthodontic journey? Lalor Family Dental’s orthodontic office in Endicott is looking for friendly, organized, and dependable individuals to join our Business Team
.

As a key member of our patient-centered, family-friendly practice, you’ll help create smooth, positive experiences for patients of all ages while supporting the orthodontist and the office’s day-to-day operations. No orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide full training in insurance processes, scheduling, patient communication, claims management, and more — and you’ll be paid while you learn.

• Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care between the orthodontist and patients.
• Verify insurance benefits, manage claims, and complete orthodontic pre-authorizations accurately and promptly.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments.
• Conduct patient outreach and follow-ups to keep treatment plans on track.
• Maintain office records, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.
• Support general clerical and operational duties to ensure the office runs smoothly.

• Positive, patient-centered attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple systems.
• Clear, confident communication and a team-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and willing to take initiative.
• Integrity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• High School Diploma or GED required; we’ll train you in orthodontic office workflows.
• Leadership or coaching experience a plus but not required.
