• 10+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional design teams and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Strong client engagement skills with a track record of building lasting relationships.
• Proficient in project planning, scoping, proposal development, and presentations.
• In‑depth knowledge of design trends, market positioning, and innovation.
• Experience working across multiple locations and with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the studio’s values and maintain high creative and operational standards.

• Lead client meetings and presentations, defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and goals.
• Oversee project execution to ensure design quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide design teams, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented studio culture.
• Partner with senior leadership to align creative direction with business objectives.
• Manage client relationships and resolve challenges with strategic, design‑led solutions.
• Conduct market and trend research to inform project strategies.
• Represent the studio at industry events and contribute to brand visibility.
• Support team operations, including resource planning, morale, and retention – ensure healthy project team operations, from workforce planning to morale and retention.
