WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Senior Product Designer is a mid-level role responsible for independently contributing to the design of user-centric, scalable, and accessible digital products. Reporting to the Director, Product Design, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality design solutions while also mentoring junior designers and contributing to team success.

• A skilled product designer with experience creating intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces and solving complex design challenges.
• A collaborative team player who works effectively across disciplines, including Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• A detail‑oriented executor who ensures designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and consistency.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 2–5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio displaying impactful and user‑centred design solutions for web‑based applications.
• Strong design skills, including interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Solid understanding of the structure and building principles of React.js‑based web applications.
• General understanding of web application architecture and its typical components.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for your design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with experience working in agile, fast‑paced environments.
• A passion for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring products meet the needs of diverse users and audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to design user‑centric products, ensuring they meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual coherence.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder input.

• Work within the company’s Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Contribute to the delivery of polished, production‑ready designs that meet accessibility and usability standards.

• Actively participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback to elevate the quality of the team’s work.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, contributing to a strong design culture.

• Ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently by collaborating with engineers during development.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align design efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.

• Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders, clearly articulating the “why” behind your decisions.

• Seek and incorporate feedback from designers, product managers, and engineers to refine and improve solutions.
