Base Pay Range$74,700.00/yr – $98,025.00/yr
About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Architect who will lead architectural design for data center and related facilities. The position allows hybrid work across the United States.
Responsibilities- Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for data center, commercial, and advanced manufacturing clients.
- Apply architectural design knowledge, manage zoning, building codes, and building systems/materials.
- Mentor less experienced architects and designers and collaborate with technical and engineering discipline leads.
- Deliver excellence in all project phases from planning through construction administration and close‑out while maintaining firm‑wide quality standards.
- Support advanced technology facilities, including AI and critical infrastructure, and contribute to innovative design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with strong Revit skills.
- Valid Professional Architectural License with ability to be licensed in multiple U.S. states.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and related regulations.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and scope development.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead small architectural teams.
- Willingness to travel to U.S. project sites as needed.
- Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience designing advanced facilities such as data centers, life science, or other industrial facilities incorporating office environments.
- Active membership in professional organizations.
- LEED AP credentials.
