We are seeking an Sr. Industrial Designer who:

• Go from brief to design handoff with ease
• Worked on a diverse range of consumer products and packaging
• Has world‑class form and aesthetically driven skills that shine
• You understand form, function, and how they work together to design products with a ‘reason to exist’
• Work with marketing teams, engineers, and suppliers at every stage of the product development process.

• Lead design projects from start to finish.
• Work in CAD (Onshape), Render (Keyshot), and prototype daily.
• Work with the US, Hong Kong, and Chinese team members to develop great products within the program constraints.
• Extend the design language to all touch points (Packaging, Web, UI)
• Prototype to effectively validate and refine designs.

• You excel at transforming concepts into tangible models that evaluate functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
• Have at least five (5) years of experience as an industrial designer producing work of the highest quality.
• Have worked with a top design consultancy or studio.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to lead.
• Have a passion for all things design and innovation and using design as a strategic tool in business.
• Have a strong aesthetic sense with the proven ability to manifest a vision and brand in a way that stimulates a person’s senses and emotions.
• Have outstanding verbal presentation skills, and are comfortable presenting to C‑level executives.
• Have advanced expertise in CAD modeling, rendering and illustration using software such as Rhino, Onshape, Solidworks, Keyshot, and Photoshop.
• Excited to do more than just design work
• You have spent time in Asia for extended periods to work with suppliers.
• You have dabbled in graphic design and art direction

• Work from home 1 day a week

$75,/year (negotiable based on experience)
