We’re launching our new ka.nz website and activating our Google Ads Grant to reach employers and job seekers in Saudi Arabia and across MENA.

• Design and Construction Oversight:
  Oversee all phases of design and construction for new restaurant projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Project Management:
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final execution, while coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Compliance and Standards:
  Ensure all designs and construction meet compliance standards, quality specifications, and brand requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient building process.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals involved in the construction and design process.

• Extensive
  
  Experience:
  
  Must have extensive experience in project management, interior design, and construction, with a strong focus on restaurant buildouts.
• Proven Track Record:
  Demonstrated ability to design and construct 20-30 restaurants per year.
• Leadership
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Expertise in Restaurant Design: A deep understanding of restaurant design, project planning, and construction management.
• Location:
  
  While not mandatory, the role is heavily focused on the New York market. The company is open to relocating the right candidate.
