Interior Architectural Designer

COOKFOX Architects is seeking a creative Interior Architectural Designer with excellent design skills and a minimum of 3 years professional experience to join our studio. Candidates should have a passion for designing healthy, sustainable, beautiful interior environments. We are looking for motivated, proactive and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative studio environment. Responsibilities focus on interior architecture scope from generation of design concepts and development of residential layouts to selection of finishes and fixtures, architectural and millwork detailing, and coordination of different trades including MEP and lighting.

• 3 or more years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience working on interior architecture scope: high-end, multi-family residential experience preferred
• Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with time management skills
• Professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendors
• Familiarity with accessibility and local building codes preferred
• Interest in sustainable design and healthy building materials
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite required;
  Sketch Up, VRay and/or Enscape, and Auto Cad a plus

Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually. Consideration is based on experience and skill level.
