This position sits in-house within a leading luxury retail brand
, overseeing workplace and corporate interior environments. We’re looking for a Project Manager with corporate interior experience to lead the planning and delivery of workplace and support-space projects. You’ll manage initiatives from early concept through construction, ensuring spaces are efficient, well-designed, and executed to a high standard.

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for workplace and corporate interior initiatives
• Coordinate closely with design, operations, procurement, and external partners
• Guide design documentation, milestone reviews, bidding, and contract administration
• Oversee construction progress, installation quality, and turnover to facilities teams
• Manage financial tracking, monthly cost reviews, and full project closeout
• Support sustainability goals, materials research, and post-occupancy evaluations
• Travel to sites for key checkpoints and reviews

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• Registered Architect and LEED AP highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate interiors or workplace project management
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion across multiple locations
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Salary: 150 to 170K base
