We are seeking passionate Architectural Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in producing a diverse array of cultural, institutional, and residential projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of the various phases of the design process. Responsibilities
  • Develop design layouts and frameworks for projects, including drawings and specifications, while providing insight and support throughout all stages.
  • Participate in project scheduling, defining scope, budgeting, staffing, and construction administration, while managing change orders effectively.
  • Apply expert knowledge of architectural concepts, codes, and procedures; prepare studies, reports, and technical specifications; and present findings to clients and in industry publications.
  • Understand, develop and follow structured work plans to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and design intent.
  • Write clear and concise project narratives, material specifications, and other technical documents essential for project coordination and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with counterparts, contractors and consultants to develop new business opportunities and ensure satisfaction goals are met.
  • Ensure adherence to firm wide QA/QC processes and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Conduct research on design, building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Participate in site visits to assess conditions and gather information for design accuracy.
  • Lead and delegate tasks effectively to junior staff and interns and assisting with task completion on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Skills/Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture with 8 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience producing drawing sets of all phases, including detailing.
  • Self-motivated and can work individually and with a team.
  • Understands and can communicate complex architectural concepts through diagrams and drawings.
  • Can successfully manage multiple tasks across various projects while effectively guiding and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a deep understanding of professionalism, punctuality, organization, and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in industry events and firm-wide activities to foster professional development and networking.
Programs/Software
  • Proficient in a BIM environment, with capability in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Actively pursuing licensure or on a defined path toward licensure, if applicable.

Pay Range:
The salary is estimated between $105,000 - $120,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience and performance.
