Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with functional design experts and the business to develop brand design strategies across a spectrum of capabilities including product architecture, innovation pipelines, visual identity systems, design guidelines, packaging design, and structural design.
  • Engage with cross‑functional teams to drive comprehensive brand and graphic design projects from ideation and strategy to execution, guiding Global Foods brand design, crafting brand design strategy, and executing major design projects across the portfolio.
Design Project Management
  • Partner across disciplines within Pepsi Co and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on‑time.
  • Inform and align stakeholders throughout the creative process, regularly reviewing the status of projects with appropriate leadership to verify that project expectations are met.
Brand Design Development
  • Support the visual identity for the Global Foods portfolio, working in collaboration with the Senior Design Director and other design leaders across brand, product, packaging, equipment, marketing and advertising.
  • Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) to visualize desired outputs and share them with internal and external team members.
  • Participate in research activities and effectively translate customer needs into actionable design strategy, driving final design recommendations and decisions to enable artwork execution/production phases.
  • Ensure a thorough consideration of all project variables so the final solution will perform as planned.
External Design Network
  • Support the Pepsi Co Design & Innovation organization in building and cultivating a robust external design network.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 – $140,650.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance; eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid annually.
  • Paid time off (including paid parental leave, vacation, sick and bereavement) subject to eligibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary designer taking projects from concept through completion.
  • Full‑time agency side and or client‑side experience.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software.
  • Willing and able to travel 15% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong typography skills, conceptual design skills, and design strategy experience.
  • 360° brand design experience (print, packaging, digital, environmental, experiential).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high‑quality images, designs, animations, and motion graphics using AI‑powered tools and platforms, integrating them seamlessly into the creative workflow.
  • Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends.
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start‑up mentality (comfortable with risk and uncertainty).
