Job Summary:

Lead a multi-year, multi-phased global program to implement a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across Cooper Vision's manufacturing sites. This high-impact role drives operational excellence, optimizes processes, and partners with cross-functional teams worldwide.

* Own end-to-end delivery of a global MES implementation program including the management of scope, budget and timeline.

* Develop and execute detailed project plans for multi-phase deployment.

* Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, supply chain, and finance.

* Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies to manage complex projects.

* Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across manufacturing systems.

* Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership.

* 10+ years of project/program management experience and proven success managing large-scale, multi-site software implementation or technology projects.

* Strong knowledge of IT Operations, SDLC and Project Governance Frameworks

* Strong knowledge of execution software such as MES preferred.

* PMP certification required;
Agile and Six Sigma certifications preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or related field.

* Experience in regulated industries (medical device preferred).

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Design

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
