The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed‑use projects on a variety of scales.

We are currently seeking a Designer with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be self‑motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with team members and consultant teams with a willingness to learn.

• Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic representation skills.
• Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies & design studies.
• Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent.
• Render design ideas in forms of scale drawings, 3‑D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models.
• Research materials, products and furnishings based on project design goals.
• With guidance, work on construction documents and coordinate review of shop drawings during construction phase.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3‑5 years of post‑graduation experience required.
• Able to prioritize and multi‑task.
• Must be proactive, detail‑oriented and a self‑starter.
• Must be hardworking and a team player.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate should be proficient with Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Graphics Suite, and other related design software.
