A firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and be proficient in using Revit software. The primary responsibility of this role is to create full sets of plans for multifamily and mixed‑use buildings, including construction documents.

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Utilize Revit software to create architectural designs and develop full sets of plans
• Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to integrate their designs into the overall project
• Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during construction phase
• Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a focus on multifamily and mixed‑use buildings
• Proficiency in using Revit software for architectural design and documentation
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
