Kitchen Designer

Columbia Cabinets is seeking a talented Kitchen Designer to join our team in Armonk, NY. This role requires a strong design background, sales expertise, and excellent client communication skills.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and accurately measure interior spaces.
• Develop kitchen designs, including hand drawings and renderings.
• Prepare detailed proposals with descriptions and pricing.
• Conduct client meetings and design presentations.
• Manage orders and coordinate with the factory.
• Provide showroom coverage and engage with walk‑in clients.

• 2+ years of sales and design experience with a proven track record of driving sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience in high‑end retail is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior space planning and residential construction
  .
• Ability to read architectural plans and create design presentations.
• Proficient in site measuring and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of design software and Salesforce (a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  .
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills; personable and client‑focused.
