DXA studio () is looking for the following candidate:

3D Architectural Visualization Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of three (3) years of design experience, preferably in high-end and/or multi – family residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3
  
  Ds Max and V-Ray, AutoCAD and other 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for design, detail, and architectural representation is required.

• Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations, competitions, publications, and marketing efforts
• Collaborate closely with design teams throughout all phases, from concept to construction documentation
• Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and Revit/BIM outputs
• Manage multiple visualization deliverables and deadlines efficiently
• Post-process imagery to elevate clarity, mood, and narrative
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine visual output
• Help build and maintain DXA’s visualization standards, asset library, and workflows
• Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends

• Based in the New York City area and available to start immediately

• Starting salary from $70,000, commensurate with experience
