Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of registered Landscape Architect to assist in development of site design projects, from concept design to construction documentation.
  • Understand that assignments have specified objectives and require investigation of many variables, including site analysis, building operation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, site grading, storm drainage, and planting design.
  • Conduct site visits and analyses, and assist the project Landscape Architect with illustration of design using combination of hand‑drawn and computer‑rendered graphics.
  • Provide REVIT/AutoCAD production support during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Preference given to local candidates.
  • Rhino and Revit experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience.
  • Photoshop a plus.
  • Ability to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.
