Architectural Associate – K. Hovnanian® Homes
Join the architectural design team at K. Hovnanian® Homes in the West Village. As a leading home builder that constructs over 6,000 homes annually, you will help prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD and Sketch Up from schematic design through design development for markets across the country.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential design or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Sketch Up, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate between $30.05 and $34.86 plus bonus potential.
