Senior Architectural Designer – New York City, NY

- Attend and lead client meetings, both virtually and in-person
- Manage projects across all stages, from concept design to construction completion
- Create schematic designs, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings/perspectives
- Present design schemes to clients and internal teams for approval
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with wider interior and project management teams
- Produce and oversee construction drawing packages and specifications
- 10+ years’ experience in architecture, primarily high-end hospitality (hotels & F&B)
- Degree in Architecture or similar (LEED accreditation advantageous but not essential)
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (other 3D software welcome)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, technical delivery, and client presentation skills
- Experience with renovation projects and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Salary up to $150,000
