Job Description What you will be doing:

  • Design and document thoughtful, high-performance interiors across all project phases alongside the design team
  • Develop and craft space plans, FF&E concepts, and detailing aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, consultants, and vendors to ensure project execution
  • Translate strategy, brand, and culture into compelling spatial solutions
  • Convey design intent through clear visual storytelling using Revit and rendering tools
  • Participate in the design control and documentation of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases
  • Support project budgeting, value engineering, and material selection

Experience you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Experience in medium to large-scale projects
  • Preferred candidate will have a strong background in workplace interiors and planning
  • Expertise in Revit and proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Rhino
  • Strong space planning skills and knowledge of systems, furniture, and workplace standards
  • Leads with curiosity and is a creative problem solver with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks, such as LEED, WELL, and Fitwel
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam proficiency preferred
