Of Possible Employer is located in New York, NY, US. This is a full-time position posted for immediate consideration. The successful candidate will join our creative practice to work on a diverse range of projects from concept design through all phases of project documentation and construction, including urban and rural multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use buildings, as well as interior design and custom furniture.

The successful candidate will:

• Work on a diverse range of projects from concept design through all phases of project documentation and construction.
• Contribute to projects ranging in size from urban and rural multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use buildings to interior design and custom furniture.

• Extraordinarily conscientious, motivated, self-reliant, and a generous collaborator.
• Exceptional design and technical abilities.
• Deep knowledge of architectural ideas, building science, materials, and construction.
• Expert Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• 5 to 10+ years full-time experience.
• Experienced in project management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration.
• Experience in all phases of urban and rural single- and multi-family new construction buildings and interiors preferred.
• Experience with New York City building codes, zoning regulations, and construction preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.

• Custom high-end PHIUS single-family homes throughout the Northeastern US, South of France, and Mexico City.
• New and renovated multifamily buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Boston.
• Large and small custom interiors and furnishings.
