Responsibilities- Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects.
- Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings.
- Prepare drawings and specification documents.
- Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
- Understand healthcare trends.
- Assist the lead Health Planner in the preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams and narratives.
- Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to the building design and health planning.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, MS Office, Bluebeam).
- Architectural registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the healthcare architecture field, with 3 years exclusively as a health planner.
- Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, etc.).
- Willingness to travel.
- Preference given to local candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in A/E industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible.
- Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings.

California: $99,946 – $168,740;
Illinois: $99,946 – $142,780;
Massachusetts: $109,032 – $155,760;
New York: $113,575 – $162,250;
Washington State: $113,575 – $162,250.
