Pay Range: $43 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Hours: 40 Hours/week
• Schedule:
  Monday–Friday
• Individual contributor position responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit.
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications. Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications.
• Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections.
• Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price.
• Typically reports to Technical Services Manager.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;
  Intimate and Lingerie Experience
• Fit Evaluation & Technical Design
• PLM Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience.
• Measuring garments, preparing the fit room, taking photos of models
• Tracking charts, managing samples, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining sample status
• Experience:
  
  3–7 years in Technical Design must have prior experience in a Intimate Apparel
• Looking for core technical designers with strong organizational and coordination skill
• Must be super organized, a team player, and able to work cross-functionally
