About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional outdoor spaces that enhance the urban environment and improve quality of life for residents and visitors.

  • Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts from initial ideation to final implementation
  • Create detailed site plans, planting plans, and construction documents using industry-standard software
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and urban planners, to ensure integrated project solutions
  • Conduct site analyses and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and water‑efficient landscaping techniques suitable for the local climate
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Present design concepts and progress to clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, including site visits and contractor coordination
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices in landscape architecture
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
What do we need from you
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or urban design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GIS, Rhino, or Revit is a plus
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • In-depth understanding of planting design, grading, drainage principles, and irrigation systems
  • Familiarity with sustainable landscape design practices and LEED certification processes
  • Knowledge of local flora, climate conditions, and environmental challenges in Saudi Arabia
  • Understanding of local building codes and regulations related to landscape architecture
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross‑functional teams
  • Creativity and vision to develop innovative landscape solutions
  • Ability to adapt designs to meet client needs while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity
  • Professional licensure or certification in Landscape Architecture is preferred
