Project Architect

Think! is a design focused architecture firm located in downtown Brooklyn. With the majority of our projects in the five boroughs of New York, the firm and its principals are dedicated to architecture that serves the needs of the people of the city and which contribute to their quality of life and experience. Current projects included large scale affordable housing developments, market-rate multi-family housing, buildings and spaces for schools, colleges and universities, theaters and performance venues, and community based healthcare facilities among others.

This position calls for an architect with at least 8 to 10 years of experience with a background that mixes design abilities with strong technical experience to provide overall team leadership for office projects. A high level of BIM proficiency is essential for this position. Ideal experience would include, but not limited to, affordable housing, New York City based projects, technical detailing and complex document coordination.

• Proficient in 3D modeling using Revit and drafting in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficient in MS Suite
