Senior Architect​/Project Leader

Of Possible is seeking an experienced senior architect to immediately join our creative practice. The successful candidate will be joining our team to work on a diverse range of projects from concept design through all phases of project documentation and construction. These projects range in size from urban and rural multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use buildings to interior design and custom furniture.

Qualifications:

• Extraordinarily conscientious, motivated, self-reliant, and a generous collaborator.
  Exceptional design and technical abilities.
  Deep knowledge of architectural ideas, building science, materials, and construction.
  Expert Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  5 to 10+ years full-time experience.
  Experienced project management, consultant coordination, client communication, and construction administration.
  Experience in all phases of urban and rural single and multi-family new construction buildings and interiors preferred.
  
  Experience with New York City building codes, zoning regulations, and construction preferred but not required.
  Authorized to work in the U.S.A.

Current projects:

• Custom high end PHIUS single-family homes throughout the Northeastern US, South of France, and Mexico City.
  New and renovated multifamily buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Boston.
  Large and small custom interiors and furnishings.
