We are seeking an Architect to join our motivated and exciting Architecture practice in our New York City office. We are looking for candidates with experience on complex, multidisciplinary design build transportation projects.

• Coordinate the production of drawings and reports.
• Coordinate work with multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Coordinate communication and flow of information between design team members.
• Attend meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs.
• Produce project related correspondence and reports.
• Arup’s Architecture business to develop ongoing opportunities in the design and delivery of projects of significant scale and complexity.

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience required.
• Experience with construction contract document preparation and management in a design & build environment.
• Previous experience on major rail projects.
• High proficiency in architectural design & visualization.
• Proficiency in Revit, demonstrating extensive experience in utilizing the software.
• Demonstrate ability to organize and synthesize complex information.
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate team dynamics.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Foster creativity and innovation, working with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and deliver high quality technical excellence.
