Our client is currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

• Master site planning and space organization, along with expertise in interior design.
• Design compelling exterior building facades and ensure functional layouts.
• Ensure compliance with New York Building Codes and ADA regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
• Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and relevant agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts with the consultant team to ensure cohesive project execution.

• An architecture degree is required.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of commercial architecture and design experience is a must.
• Must be a registered architect.
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop is required.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong design/creative abilities are essential.
