Project Architect
Think! Architecture + Design, PLLC – New York, NY (Brooklyn) – Full‑time, in‑office.
Compensation$90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities- Provide overall team leadership for office projects.
- Blend design abilities with strong technical experience to guide project execution.
- Ensure highest quality buildings and spaces that serve the needs of the community.
- Coordinate complex documentation and technical detailing across multidisciplinary teams.
- 8 to 10 years of experience as an architect.
- Background in affordable housing, NYC‑based projects, technical detailing, and complex document coordination.
- High level of BIM proficiency (Revit) and 3D modeling skills.
- Strong draftsmanship using AutoCAD.
- Creativity and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
