Senior Product Designer, Loom, Enterprise

The role is part of Loom’s Enterprise pillar, responsible for driving design vision and execution for the Admin Experience pod. The key focus is to help large‑enterprise company admins enable Loom for all users and ensure those users activate the product.

This highly cross‑functional role works closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Success and Sales. You will report to the Design Manager of Loom Growth & Enterprise and must be located between PST and EST.

• Own the end‑to‑end admin experience: research, design onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Ensure cohesion across the Atlassian family of products for all Admin users.
• Use research and data to identify friction points, reduce onboarding barriers and align GTM with product.
• Influence product strategy across Growth teams to unlock end‑user activation at scale.
• Elevate design craft – deliver high‑fidelity visuals, interaction and motion design that set a high bar.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng and UXR to deliver high‑impact features.
• Champion AI‑first thinking by integrating emerging AI technologies and driving new approaches.

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience driving design for complex enterprise B2B products.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
• Track record of shipping innovative, user‑centered solutions in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient at prototyping and validating concepts, especially with emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to inspire and influence at all levels.
• Passionate about AI, experimentation and scaling new approaches; curious and up‑to‑date with industry trends.
