We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of financial collaboration and AI-assisted workflows. You'll work closely with the Founding Designer to bring clarity, structure, and polish to our product suite - Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration).

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, systems thinking, and rapid iteration.

• Design intuitive user experiences across our three core products, from early concepts to polished UI
• Translate complex asset management and financial workflows into simple, elegant interactions
• Support and expand our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Prototype (low → high fidelity) to explore ideas and gather feedback quickly
• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to ship features rapidly
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with design partners
• Help operationalize a design practice inside a fast-moving early-stage company

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-native workflows, semantic and systemic design, and clear problem-solving
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces
• Ability to prototype in high and low fidelity and communicate design decisions effectively
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Low-ego, collaborative mindset
• Excitement about joining a startup where ambiguity is high and impact is huge

• You have a point of view on how to design effective human-AI collaboration models
• You can quickly understand complex workflows and visualize innovative solutions
• You're comfortable designing for expert users with sophisticated needs
• You balance aesthetics with functionality, creating beautiful interfaces that drive productivity

• Competitive compensation package: $145-180k base salary plus bonus
