About the Role:
Shape spaces where architecture, music, and culture meet.
This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned developer that creates world‑class music and hospitality venues across the U.S. Working directly with ownership, you’ll play a key role in shaping new live performance spaces from concept through to opening.
You’ll sit on the client side, collaborating with external architects and designers to translate creative ideas into buildable, high‑quality environments. It’s a hands‑on role that combines design, coordination, and technical detail within a small, creative team.
If you’re an architect who loves design but wants to step into the development world and see projects come to life, this is the perfect next move.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Construction and Design across all project phases, from concept to completion
- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design intent and buildability
- Produce and review design documentation, 3D models, and presentations
- Represent ownership confidently in meetings, contributing ideas and design insight
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 6–8 years of architectural experience within hospitality, cultural, or performance‑based projects
- Strong technical ability with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or Sketch Up
- Confident communicator who can represent design direction and work independently
- Experience on the developer or client side is a plus, but not essential
- A genuine passion for creating spaces that bring people together through design and music
