We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Amman, Jordan

Day to day team management and design implementation from the early stages of design, through technical development, to the construction documentation of Landscape Architecture projects. SA will be supporting effective and efficient administration of projects under the leadership of the Design Manager DM, Director/ Head of Department, in promoting the image and values of the company within that group

• Assist the DM in technical management of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead teams of Architects throughout the project design stages.
• Lead the delivery of mid-size projects while providing specialist technical expertise during design.
• Implement the project execution plan & Design Management plan.
• Maintain quality controls and design checks throughout the project.
• Communicate (as needed) with the project stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors; …etc.) to manage expectations and drive success.
• Participate partially in the preparation of proposals in terms of Scope identification, Design Methodology, Design management plan, deliverables and design budget.
• Participate in the preparation of the projects’ MOM, Design Change logs, Coordination logs, Risk register and other related documentation as specified in the list of deliverables.

• Bachelor’s in architecture with significant experience, (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of [10] years of experience in landscape architectural design.
• Strong understanding of landscape architectural design principles, plants, construction practices, authorities’ regulations, landscape guidelines and building codes.
• Diversified experience in typology of projects in GCC region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mid to large scale projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows.
