Mid-Level Architect – Commercial Interiors

Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Mid-Level Architect with strong experience in commercial interior architecture to join our collaborative design team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and visually engaging interior environments that reflect each client’s brand and culture. You will play a key role in all project phases—from concept development through construction administration—while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the design and documentation of commercial interior projects
, including corporate offices, hospitality, and mixed‑use spaces. - Develop concepts, space plans, and design presentations that align with project goals and client vision.
- Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Work with project managers to maintain design intent, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with consultants (MEP, lighting, furniture, branding, etc.) throughout design and construction phases.
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
, contributing creative and technical input.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4–8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on commercial interiors
. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch Up or Enscape a plus).
- Strong understanding of building codes, ADA, and construction methods
. - Excellent design, visualization, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team.
- Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
