Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design and project management: drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate on interiors: work closely with partner interior‑design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high‑end interior detailing.
  • Oversee project workflow: manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants: facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff: provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success.
Requirements
  • Passion for interior design and architecture: a strong appreciation for both is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
  • Software skills:
    AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office – must be proficient;
    Enscape knowledge is a plus.
  • High‑end detailing: strong knowledge of high‑end interior detailing is required.
  • Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers.
  • Project management: experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Licensure: preferred but not required; willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
