CTK Architecture and Project Management – Project Manager / Project Architect
Location:
New York, NY (Chelsea office). Posted on Mon, Jan 5 '26. Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Design, Art/Creative and Information Technology. Industries:
Architecture and Planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project management: drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Collaborate on interiors: work closely with partner interior‑design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high‑end interior detailing.
- Oversee project workflow: manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants: facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior staff: provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success.
- Passion for interior design and architecture: a strong appreciation for both is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Software skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office – must be proficient;
Enscape knowledge is a plus. - High‑end detailing: strong knowledge of high‑end interior detailing is required.
- Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers.
- Project management: experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Driver’s license required.
- Licensure: preferred but not required; willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
