As part of our team, you will have access to prominent designers, architects, and luxury home specialists seeking high‑end rugs for their projects. Our expansive showroom and energetic, capable professionals will provide hands‑on training to help you master our craft.

• Familiarize yourself with our new and existing collections and samples, and stay knowledgeable of major high‑end brands in the art, design, fashion, and furniture industries.
• Manage accounts personally and provide professional service.
• Bring in new accounts through traditional and creative methods.
• Present on social media and explore its potential as a networking resource and educational tool.
• Be hands‑on in our creative space, encouraging energy and offering ideas to maintain an organized, engaging look and feel.
• Collaborate with other sales specialists and our Phenom system on joint projects.
• Maintain regular contact with designers to update them on new collections for potential projects.
• Expand relationships with design professionals and network at events/exhibitions.

• 3–5 years of sales experience in home furnishings, interior design, or a related discipline.
• Skilled researcher, avid reader of trade publications, staying current on competitors and design trends.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with clear, concise communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a kind demeanor toward colleagues and clients.
• Passion for home furnishings, design, color, art, and craft.
• Ability to multitask and track long‑term custom projects.
• Hardworking, patient, and service‑oriented in complex projects.
• Enthusiastic collaborator, encouraging teamwork on group projects.
• Social media enthusiast with an active presence on key platforms.
• Familiarity with basic systems such as Mac OS and Google Suite, and willingness to learn new systems.
