The Learning Experience Designer-Developer is responsible for reimagining the learning experience and creating immersive and engaging learning content tailored for Beckman Coulter service associates and customers. This position is part of the Global Service organization and is fully remote.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Develop comprehensive and effective learning programs and materials from concept to deployment utilizing adult learning principles and strategies to ensure content is engaging and learner-centric, specific within the context of Beckman Coulter.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and trainers to design and produce high-quality training content (eLearning, instructor training and facilitator guides, assessments and multimedia content) that meet the needs of our diverse audience with Beckman Coulter.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through key performance metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvements on learning materials as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for successful project execution.
- Lead train-the-trainer sessions designed to equip Beckman Coulter trainers and peers with the necessary skills to deliver training effectively, supporting trainers in understanding and implementation of adult learning strategies within the organizational context.
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, business, health administration or related field with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience in instructional design, training and/or eLearning development specifically for Beckman Coulter or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, STAR), specifically within the context of Beckman Coulter.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel infrequently as needed to Beckman Coulter or customer sites domestically
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with video authoring tools and multimedia content creation.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $92,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
