New York City-based and award-winning interior design studio, Whitehall Interiors, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer. We are seeking candidates that are pro-active, creative and organized.

- CompletedrawingsanddetailsbyhandandinREVIT.
- Contributetooveralldrawingsetsfor Concept through Design Development phases .
- Thinkoutofthebox,workefficientlyonmultipleprojectswithinprojectbudgetsandschedules.
- Experiencedwithvalueengineeringsolutionprocess.
- Excellentcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten.
- Excellentinterpersonalandmanagementandmentorabilities.
- Strongorganizationalcapabilities,andenjoyworkinginateam-oriented environment.
- 4-year
Bachelor Degreein Interior Designor Interior Architecture . - 10+ years of post-graduate experience in the high rise residential NYC market
- Musthaveatleastcompleted5highrise residential projectsfrombeginningtoend.
- Hoteldesignexperiencewouldbeaplus
- Concept design and idealization experience, modern aesthetic, formulating project storylines, mood imagery and 3D sketching
- Excellentsenseofcustominteriormillworkandstonedetailingasitrelatesaestheticsaswellasfunctionalityandbuildability.
- Excellentsenseofcolor,finishesandmaterials,anddesigndetailing.
- ExperiencedwithFF&Esourcingbothmidtoluxurylevels.
- Experiencedatsourcingfinishmaterials.
- ExistingrelationshipswithNYCvendorsisanabsolutemust.
- Interestandknowledgeininnovationandnewproducts.
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Auto Cad, Lumion, and Enscape.
Please include both process and completed projects in portfolio.
Salary Range: 80,. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
