We are seeking a canidate with experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in TurboCAD
. This individual will oversee sales and estimating operations, create and review technical drawings, and ensure projects are accurately executed from concept through completion.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotes
- Prepare and review cost estimates, technical drawings, and related documentation
- Create or modify detailed TurboCAD drawings for customer approval and production
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Track project progress and report on sales performance
- Proven experience in sales, estimating, or manufacturing
- Proficient in TurboCAD (experience with other CAD software is a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Background in enclosure manufacturing, sheet metal, or fabrication preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing TurboCAD drawings
- Demonstrated success in customer communication, quoting, and project coordination
