Steve Madden is seeking a Design Assistant to join the NYC footwear Design team, contributing to concept development, CAD work, colorways, and material selections. You will participate in samples and final product development, collaborating closely with design and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
The role is based in NYC with a 4 days onsite / 1 day remote schedule, offering growth opportunities and exposure to the full design process from concept to execution.
