HRA/DEPT OF SOCIAL SERVICES seeks an Assistant Architect in NYC to support General Support Services/Bureau of Space and Design. Responsibilities include preparing reports and construction documents, analyzing space utilization, reviewing space standards, meeting with program heads, and maintaining floor plans with AutoCAD.
Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Revu Bluebeam, plus MS Office, is required. A professional architecture degree (or NYS registration) is essential.
