The Production Assistant reports directly to the Speed Pro Imaging studio owner and the Production Manager. Their will primarily be responsible for pre press and producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

• 65% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations)
• 15% Graphic Design
• 10% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance
• 10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries)

• Assist the printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters
• Conduct inventory and procurement*

* The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed

• Graphic design services (unless outsourced)
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Packing, labeling and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Utilization of Core Bridge software for estimates/quotes

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can accept constructive criticism
• Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)
• Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines
• Customer-service oriented (this is the lifeblood of Speed Pro Imaging)
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

• $26 per hour
• Annual bonus potential
