Leading the design and delivery of complex projects from concept through construction

Providing creative direction and strategic input to ensure high-quality outcomes

Mentoring and supporting junior staff to foster growth and collaboration

Partnering with architects, engineers, planners, and consultants for cohesive design solutions

Managing client relationships, project communications, and presentations

Overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery

Supporting business development through proposals and client outreach

Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture and professional licensure (or on track)

10+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership

Strong design portfolio demonstrating both creativity and technical skill

Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and leading projects

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch Up, or Revit
