  • Create 2D and 3D typicals, renderings, furniture plans and specifications
  • Manage projects from the initial programming and development phase through order entry and final installation
  • Design and space plan client work spaces in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes
  • Coordinate with Interior Designers and Architects regarding dimensions, electrical locations and workplace specifications
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to coordinate finish samples, product discounts and custom products
  • Stay current on new product offerings, workplace solutions and design trends
  • Apply value-engineering expertise to develop solutions that meet client needs and budget requirements
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client and internal team requests
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of relevant commercial furniture design or specifier experience
  • Strong proficiency with industry software, including:
  • AutoCAD
  • CET
  • CAP 2020
  • DWG
  • Knowledge of contract furniture products and systems
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes
  • Miller Knoll experience is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated with the confidence and initiative to take ownership of your work
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Why This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, collaborative team where your design expertise and technical skills will directly contribute to successful client projects.

If you enjoy transforming workplace concepts into thoughtfully designed, functional spaces — and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are exactly alike — we’d love to hear from you.
