Responsibilities

Research and develop inspiration, silhouettes, patterns, textures, trims, sketches, detail sketches, and design boards for women's sweater collections.
Input and maintain tech pack information, imagery, layouts, and related product details in PLM and other design programs; grade layouts and archive research.
Create and maintain XD boards, build a trim library, organize design materials, and provide general office and design-support coordination.
Manage calendars and coordinate cross-functional communication with merchandising, production, fabric, technical design, marketing, digital, and advertising partners.
Prepare meetings, presentations, agendas, recaps, action plans, conference rooms, and design materials; follow up on outstanding information and deliverables.

Requirements

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, PLM, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Ariba, Concur, and Workday is preferred.
Exceptional organization, follow-through, attention to detail, prioritization, multitasking, and ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, initiative, results orientation, and ability to develop innovative, detail-focused, and solution-oriented outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, cross-divisional, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure and work onsite at least three days per week in a hybrid NYC-based role.
