Assistant Gerber Patternmaker

A world-renowned designer in the men’s young contemporary market is seeking an Assistant Patternmaker with 3–5 years of pattern making experience and hands-on Gerber working experience.

• 3–5 years of professional pattern making experience.
• Must have hands-on experience working with the Gerber pattern making system.
• Candidates with either menswear or womenswear pattern making experience are welcome to apply. Your background in either category will be considered.
• A strong interest in developing advanced pattern making and tailoring skills.
• The designer is willing to train the right candidate in specialized tailoring techniques while providing the opportunity to work alongside some of New York City’s finest pattern makers.
