PARADE is representing a highly regarded AD Top 100 New York City architecture and interior design studio known for its sophisticated design aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail, and thoughtfully executed luxury residential projects.
The studio is seeking a talented Intermediate Architectural Designer with 2 to 6 years of professional experience to contribute to ground-up luxury residences and high-end interior architecture projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-driven professional who appreciates refined architecture, innovative design, materiality, and craftsmanship, and enjoys working across both architecture and interiors.
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000
- Participate in all phases of design and documentation for ground-up luxury residential and interior architecture projects.
- Develop architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents.
- Contribute to design development, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation materials.
- Develop architectural details, custom elements, and material applications that support the overall design vision.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist with consultant coordination and construction administration.
- Maintain a high level of design quality, technical accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience, ideally within high-end residential architecture or design-focused studios.
- Experience with ground-up residential construction and interior architecture strongly preferred.
- Strong architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. Experience with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Strong design sensibility and appreciation for materials, proportion, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a creative, detail-oriented studio environment.
