Alexander Gorlin Architects is an award-winning architectural practice located in Manhattan's Flatiron District. We specialize in the design, planning, and construction of multi-family developments, luxury residences, affordable housing, institutional and religious buildings, and commercial projects, as well as adaptive reuse and master planning.
We are seeking a Junior Architect with experience in design and construction drawings. The Junior Architect will assist project architects in creating drawing sets for various types of projects, from affordable housing to religious buildings and luxury homes.
Candidates Must Have The Following Qualifications- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must reside within commuting distance of New York City.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Alexander Gorlin Architects offers a competitive salary with benefits. This is an in-person position, available on a full-time or potentially part-time basis.
